Submission of EoIs
Institutions submitting EoIs needed to comply with a number of requirements:
- EoIs must have been submitted by 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday 14 August 2008 by email to heef_applications@deewr.gov.au.
- EoIs must have signed by the Vice-Chancellor or equivalent, of the eligible higher education institution. A scanned copy of the Vice-Chancellor's declaration will be acceptable.
- EoIs must have been made using the EoI available from the "Funding Round - Preparing an Expression of Interest" section above.
- Late EoIs were not considered except in exceptional circumstances. Details of these circumstances and any required evidence is outlined in section 3.3 of the Application and Assessment Procedures for the 2009 Funding Round

The application stage is now open. Invited institutions are required to submit applications by 5:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), Wednesday, 5 November 2008.
