The Higher Education Endowment Fund Advisory Board intends to undertake a detailed and thorough consultation process, meeting widely with the sector and other interested stakeholders, to ensure the design of the HEEF meets sector expectations. This consultation process will involve multiple rounds, the first round of which was the release of the 2007 consultation paper. This was followed by the release of draft guidelines and a national consultation process in early 2008.
The HEEF Advisory Board conducted national consultations on draft HEEF guidelines in March and April 2008. The Advisory Board also received written responses from the sector.
